    • Cut the fruits into large pieces and place them in a blender or food processor.
    • Mix until obtaining a more or less thick consistency, with few lumps. 
    • A possible variant of this recipe might be, instead of mango and banana, mango and white rice.

    2. Pumpkin puree

    This is one of the most nutritious and high-fiber vegetables for babies 6-9 months old. In addition, it can be cooked in the oven and steamed. Just remember that it is preferable to use it very soft.
